Orders may ship within 3 hours of placing an order, sometimes even faster! Please e-mail us at [email protected] IMMEDIATELY if you need to cancel or adjust your order, including your destination address. We can not guarantee manual cancelation or order adjustments, even if you e-mail us within the 3 hour window, so please double check all shipping information before purchasing!

- US, Canada, EU, and UK Standard Shipping (3-5 Business days, average)
- Standard International Shipping (6-20 Business days, depending on destination)

Carriers vary based on location, and include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. If you have issues with a specific carrier(s) please email us immediately after purchase.
Contact us if an order is lost or stolen. Orders do not include signature confirmation, but you may be eligible to have the item replaced depending on circumstances and carrier information.
Fees & Taxes:
USA: We're a Portland, OR based company with multiple US warehouses, so you won't be liable for any taxes or fees. Keep it weird America!
EU, CAN & UK: Most Antlion products will ship from a local warehouse, which means no extra fees or taxes! However, certain products, including mousepads, headphones, and headphone bundles may be liable for import fees and taxes. Additionally, if an item is out of stock in your local economic region, it may ship from a non-local warehouse and you may still be liable for import fees. We'll do our best to ensure this rarely or never happens! Please contact us immediately if it does.
All Other International Orders: You may be liable for import fees and taxes! We STRONGLY urge you to check our Where to Buy page and shop locally to avoid these potential fees. We know it looks cheaper to purchase from us, and we appreciate your wanting to support us directly, but you may end up paying more and waiting longer than you would shopping locally. So please, support your local businesses!
